Episode Cast Theme

The date is September 13th 1999 and the peoples of the earth are using the moon as a dumping ground for their nuclear waste. A large moonbase has been created to handle this operation. The moonbase has just received its new commander John Keonig, and immediately he is faced with an emergency. It appears that the waste has become unstable and is in danger of exploding.

Unfortunately before a solution can be found the waste dump on the far side of the moon explodes. This propels the moon out of its orbit and out of the solar system. The survivors in the moonbase now must adapt to the fact that they are now the unwilling passgeners on this rogue moon. They must learn to live with their limited resouces and search the planets that they pass for a new home.

Bad Points:

DVD 2x6 Disc box sets (1 per season) or 12 discs with 4 episodes each
Picture 4.3
Audio 1.0 mono Original mono Soundtrack
Features Featurettes
Picture Galleries
Many Written articles
Productiuon Notes
Cast and Crew Interviews
Commentary track for a couple of episodes
Verdict The first boxset was originally sold in two halves which was annoying. The picture and sound are good but disappoiniting compared to the Thunderbirds boxset. As usuall a real attempt has been made to add value with a wide variety of extras.
